Lisa Young combines a clinical kinesiology background with over 25 years of experience in customer-focused operations management. Her career evolved organically from small, local rehabilitation firms to national assessment organizations, with each step expanding her leadership, strategic, and operational responsibilities.

Known for her integrity, loyalty, and results-driven approach, Lisa has built a reputation as a strong business leader and a provider of exceptional client service. She excels at creating efficient systems, mentoring teams, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and professionalism.

As one of the original founders of Evolve Assessments & Diagnostics, Lisa continues to advance her commitment to exceptional customer service, clinical excellence, and operational innovation—principles that define Evolve’s reputation in the industry today.

Dr. Todd Delamere brings over 25 years of clinical experience as a chiropractor in Ontario, including over two decades as owner and operator of a multidisciplinary health clinic in Oakville. A graduate of the University of Western Ontario’s Faculty of Kinesiology and the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, Dr. Delamere is also certified by the American Board of Forensic Professionals in the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment and is a Metriks and ARCON Certified Functional Capacity Evaluator.

Since 2006, Dr. Delamere has been extensively involved in the Independent Medical Examination (IME) field, providing consulting services to insurers, employers, disability management firms, and legal counsel. He has served in multiple leadership roles, including as Manager and Director of Clinical Services, offering clinical oversight, training, and quality assurance in complex and catastrophic assessment cases.

Passionate about education, Dr. Delamere previously served as Department Head of Anatomy at the Canadian Therapeutic College, where he taught anatomy, physiology, pathology, and clinical assessment for nearly a decade. At Evolve, he continues to apply his commitment to excellence through mentorship, clinical quality assurance, and educational programming for assessors and stakeholders across the industry.

Jen is an experienced director of operations with over 17 years of progressive responsibility at Evolve Assessments & Diagnostics. With a strong background in workflow design, process improvement, and team leadership, she plays a key role in optimizing efficiency and maintaining the company’s high standards of quality and responsiveness.

Known for her ability to listen, problem-solve, and implement effective solutions, Jen continues to foster collaboration between teams and ensure that both customer and employee needs are met with professionalism and care. Her results-driven mindset and deep understanding of Evolve’s operational structure make her an invaluable leader in driving consistency, accountability, and service excellence throughout the organization.

With over 15 years of experience at Evolve, Julie has grown within the company to take on the role of Office Supervisor, bringing a wealth of knowledge in medical office administration and a deep understanding of the organization’s day-to-day needs.

Starting in an administrative role and steadily advancing through hard work and dedication, Julie now ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently in the office. Known for her excellent customer service and calm, solutions-focused approach, Julie is often described as the person who helps keep the team motivated and the office environment positive and supportive.

From managing workflow and maintaining compliance to supporting staff and claimants alike, Julie plays a central role in maintaining the high standards and positive atmosphere Evolve is known for.
