The team demonstrated resiliency throughout the COVID-19 pandemic and beyond; it is also creative in problem solving and implementing process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and capture efficiencies. The culture and local leadership provide an environment of compassion, teamwork, collaboration, and respect. Opportunities for improvement exist in the areas of risk management, health and safety, financial planning and management, performance measurement and management, and performance improvement.
