Current Opportunities:

Document Intake Coordinator

Evolve is looking for a self-motivated, details oriented, and highly organized individual for the position of Documents Intake Coordinator. This person will be an effective written and oral communicator with strong telephone and computer skills/experience being essential assets. Fluency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel is required. Specific responsibilities include:

  • Ability to manage and organize the receipt of medical documents via fax, electronically, and/or hard copy (mail/courier).
  • Ensuring all medical documents received are prioritized.
  • Ensuring questions for assessors are uploaded and if not applicable, appropriate notes put in the system.
  • Preparation of Document list using Microsoft Word.
  • Informing Document Co-ordinators of receipt of medical documentation on an ongoing basis daily.
  • Ability to update files on Evolveā€™s automated file management system as documents are received, ensuring up to date status at all times.

Consultant Occupational Therapists

Evolve Assessments and Diagnostics is seeking independent consultant Occupational Therapists in Eastern, Southwest, and Northern Ontario. Successful candidates will:

  • Be licensed and in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
  • Have experience conducting assessments (in home/Attendant Care/Job Site Analysis) within the casualty insurer sector
  • A working knowledge of applicable regulatory legislation (i.e. SABS).
  • Ownership or access to a reliable vehicle
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work reliably with no supervision
  • Attention to detail and strict reporting timelines
Not required but beneficial:
  • Fluent in French
  • Ability to conduct Functional Ability Evaluations (FAE) using any accepted standardized protocol (ARCON, FACTS etc)
  • Ability to conduct assessments on evenings and/or weekends (occasionally)
  • PGAP certified

Intake Coordinator

Evolve is looking for a self-motivated and highly organized individual for the position of Intake Coordinator. This person will be an effective oral communicator with strong telephone and computer skills/experience being essential assets. Responsibilities include:

  • Receiving referrals/service enquiries via telephone/email/fax/mail.
  • Scheduling of medical assessments nationwide.
  • Computerized data input.
  • Coordination of additional services such as transportation and/or interpreter services.
  • Obtaining and overseeing efficient use of pre-booked assessment dates from clinicians across Canada.

Report Coordinator

Evolve is looking for a self-motivated, details oriented, and highly organized individual for the position of Report Coordinator. This person will be an effective written and oral communicator with strong telephone and computer skills/experience being essential assets. Fluency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. Specific responsibilities include

  • Formatting documents with careful attention to spelling, grammar, and internal formatting requirements.
  • Ongoing tracking of report due dates.
  • Timely delivery of reports to customers via email, courier, fax, and/or automated documentation management programs.
  • Liaising with medical evaluators, clinical report reviewers, and customers to ensure optimal customer service and report delivery.

Certified Vocational Evaluators

Evolve is currently looking for Certified Vocational Evaluators throughout Ontario with experience working in a variety of regulatory settings. Applicants must possess:

Quality Assurance Coordinator

Evolve is looking for a self-motivated, details oriented, and highly organized individual for the position of Quality Assurance Coordinator. This person will have proven clinical and Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule experience and an established track record in the casualty insurance industry either from a clinical or claims management perspective. The successful applicant will also be be an effective written and oral communicator with strong telephone and computer skills/experience being essential assets. Fluency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. Specific responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing clinical reports for clinical and regulatory quality against internal service standards
  • Liaising with medical evaluators, clinical report reviewers, and customers to ensure optimal customer service and report delivery
  • Ongoing tracking of report due dates
  • Timely delivery of reports to customers via email, courier, fax, and/or automated documentation management programs

Certified Ergonomic Assessors

Evolve is looking for experienced ergonomic evaluators (OT, KIN, Chiro, etc) with experience conducting office-based ergonomic assessments. Opportunities are nation-wide. Federal Government security clearance and the ability to speak fluent French are both considered strong assets for these positions.
