Coordination of additional services such as transportation and/or interpreter services. Obtaining and overseeing efficient use of pre-booked assessment dates from clinicians across Canada.

This person will be an effective written and oral communicator with strong telephone and computer skills/experience being essential assets. Fluency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. Specific responsibilities include:

Formatting documents with careful attention to spelling, grammar, and internal formatting requirements. Ongoing tracking of report due dates. Timely delivery of reports to customers via email, courier, fax, and/or automated documentation management programs. Liaising with medical evaluators, clinical report reviewers, and customers to ensure optimal customer service and report delivery.
