Lisa Young, Owner

Lisa combines a clinical kinesiology background with 20 years of experience in customer-service-oriented operations management to her daily role as Director of Operations. Lisa’s career transitioned organically from small, local companies to national assessment and rehabilitation firms each with increasing responsibilities and accountabilities. Operationally proficient, Lisa has developed a reputation for being a loyal and quality-driven person recognized as a strong business builder/leader and as a provider of exceptional customer service. Building on this foundation of experience, Lisa founded Evolve with Mr. Quesenberry to further advance her principles of strong customer service coupled with superior technical expertise within this industry.

Henrietta Visscher

Over fourteen years of clinical and supervisory experience allows Henrietta to excel at her position of Clinical Supervisor. After graduating with her Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy, Henrietta has worked in a variety of clinical positions both within the public and private health care sector, providing assessment and treatment services to clients with a wide range of occupational performance issues due to physical, cognitive, or emotional impairments. She brings this strong clinical foundation as well as an emphasis on evidenced based practice to her supervisory and managerial role at Evolve. This along with Henrietta’s genuine interest in teaching/mentoring and her strong attention to detail makes her an invaluable part of Evolve’s clinical and quality assurance team.

Jen Butler

As office manager, Jen is a key person for our customers to speak with on a daily basis. She has demonstrated the innate ability to listen to customers and employees, hear their concerns, and then quickly implement solutions and strategies to prevent repeat occurrences. Jen is also able to quickly design and implement work flows in all departments that she leads: referral intake, documentation management, and reports coordination and delivery. Jen is a very dedicated, results-oriented individual with a keen sense of when to assume any administrative role as required to ensure that Evolve’s high standards of service delivery are met regardless of the circumstance.
